The Phoenix Suns are hinting at a new jersey coming, and it appears that it’ll involve the Valley’s prickly scenery.
The Suns on Monday dropped a closeup shot of the waistband of some incoming uniforms, with a saguaro cactus sitting atop a star at the center.

The green and orange highlights sit above a purple base of the shorts.
It appears the Suns’ jerseys would be new City Edition uniforms. It harkens back to the 1994-95 NBA All-Star Game hosted in Phoenix and the jerseys worn in that game.
Leaks of an unconfirmed “The Valley” uniform have popped up on the internet over the past several months.
The tops with “The Valley” in something of a cowboy Western font have appeared with an orange star behind the numbering. That would appear to match the shorts revealed by the team on Monday.
It would be the second time the Suns have featured a “The Valley” name on the front of their jerseys.
Both the jerseys and shorts have an orange and purple pattern running along the sides, with those green and orange seams around the arms and neckline, as well as on the waist.
