It’s safe to say that Brandon Knight is healthy again.
In his second game back from injury, Knight went on a tear in Oracle Arena against the Golden State Warriors.
He scored 17 of his 30 points in the third quarter, with all of them coming in the last 4:43.
The Kentucky product and his backcourt partner Devin Booker contributed to every basket during a 24-12 run in the third quarter.
Knight’s first points of the quarter came from a three-pointer with 4:43 remaining that tied the game up at 74.
That was followed by a Booker and-one on an assist from Knight, a Knight layup, a Chandler field goal from Booker, back-to-back threes by Knight, a Booker jumper and Knight’s fourth and fifth three-pointers of the quarter.
The fourth and fifth makes from deep were both tremendous shots. In what looked like an effort to draw a foul, Knight buried a three from the top of the key anyway to extend the lead to double digits.

The signature highlight, of course, came at the end of the quarter.
Knight’s dismantling of Warriors guard Klay Thompson brought wonderful reactions from Suns players, including Booker hopping up and down before the shot even went in and center Alex Len having no idea what to do besides spin around in a circle.
As they always do, however, the Warriors would win in Oracle Arena, extending their record home winning streak to 48 games.
