In what is becoming a fairly intense game of chicken, the Cardinals may have a little more leverage in their negotiations with the Eagles for Kevin Kolb.
As I reported a while back, SEA was high on Tarvaris Jackson. He will sign there. Matt Leinart likely, too. Seahawks out of Kolb sweepstakes
Disregarding the hilarity of the Seahawks entering a season with Charlie Whitehurst, Jackson and Leinart as their QBs, the key for Arizona is the fact that Seattle is no longer in the running for Kolb.
Does that mean his price tag will come down a bit? Possibly, though there is a chance that the reason teams are bowing out of the race for Kolb is because they know the Cardinals have already won.
