Peterson’s interception No. 1 on NFL.com’s Week 3 top plays

Sep 28, 2016, 9:22 AM | Updated: 9:44 am

Despite the Arizona Cardinals suffering a 33-18 loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, there was at least one great play made.

All-Pro cornerback Patrick Peterson reminded everyone why he is considered to be one of the best in the business by making this spectacular interception. NFL.com ranked his catch as the No. 1 play of Week 3.

There weren’t many highlights in the Cardinals’ 33-18 loss to the Bills, but star cover man Patrick Peterson looked more like a wideout on his beautiful one-handed interception early in the second quarter. The Arizona cornerback led the way in Week 3’s Top “Performance Moments of the Week.”

Peterson has picked up right where he left off in 2015, as he shadows the opposition’s best receiver every week. Despite a reduced number of targets his way, he has two interceptions in the season’s first three games.
