Arizona senior quarterback Matt Scott has been named one of the Manning Award Stars of the Week.
Scott racked up 469 yards of total offense and scored four touchdowns as his Wildcats upset then-No.10 USC by a score of 39-36.
He out-dueled preseason Heisman favorite Matt Barkley and has vaulted his Wildcats back into the Pac-12 South race.
Scott has been one of the most productive players in the country all-season long. His 386.1 total yards per game rank best in the Pac-12 and second nationally.
The Manning Award names eight Stars of the Week every week and then opens the polls up for fans to name the Player of the Week.
This week, the Wildcats will travel and take on the UCLA Bruins, who currently are tied with USC atop the Pac-12 South standings.
Last season, Arizona blew out UCLA 48-12, and the Wildcats have not lost to the Bruins since 2006.
