Bruce Arians: Arizona Cardinals’ O-line struggling, but Cooper will remain a backup

Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians recognized his offensive line wasn’t at its best Sunday during his team’s 31-14 win over the St. Louis Rams, but said he has no plans to insert guard and 2013 first-round pick Jonathan Cooper into a starting role.
“The time for that isn’t now,” Arians told Bickley and Marotta on Arizona Sports 98.7 FM Monday. “He may get some snaps, but when you’re 8-1, you don’t disrupt the chemistry of the two guys that have been working together or the three guys on that (left) side of the line.”
