Sean Miller is continuing his strong recruiting efforts, bringing 7-footer Kaleb Tarczewski for an unofficial visit.
Tarczewski, who is also being recruited by Kansas and North Carolina, said there is plenty to like about Arizona.
“Coach (Sean) Miller is a great guy. I really like how he does things. He came to the school this year and I liked his energy. He’s really energetic and you get the feeling it is a place where you want to be. He’s a really good guy. So that is what really draws me there,” Tarczewski said.
Well, it’s a good thing Miller stuck around instead of going to Maryland, isn’t it?
Rated as the No. 4 center in his class by Scout.com, Tarczewski is a good rebounder and shot-blocker who is widely considered to be one of the better post players in the 2012 class.
That the Wildcats are even up against the likes of Kansas and UNC for players shows just how far they’ve come in Miller’s two seasons at the helm, and it’s pretty apparent that as long as Miller is in Tucson the top recruits will continue to flow through the Old Pueblo.
