Snapshot: Cardinals fall apart in loss to Giants

The loss gives the Cardinals a 1-3 record on
the season, and while they could easily be 4-0
the team could also be winless. The season
isn't over, but Arizona needs to win some
games. Kevin Kolb had his second bad game in a row for
the Cardinals, completing just 20 of 34 passes
for 237 yards and one interception. He also
took four sacks, the last of which helped end
the Cardinals' shot at a comeback. Eli Manning wasn't great, but he was good. The
QB got off to a slow start but finished the
game throwing for 321 yards and two touchdowns.
He led his team to three fourth quarter
touchdowns, the last two coming in the game's
final four minutes. Hakeem Nicks had a big day for the Giants, as
the game winning score was one of his 10
catches for 162 yards. The Cardinals had no
answer for the wideout. Beanie Wells was phenomenal Sunday, rushing 27
times for 138 yards and a career high three
touchdowns. He provided the running game the
team needed, mixing great cuts with powerful
finishes.
