Time to party! D-backs Fan Fest kicks off 2020 MLB season

Baseball is back.

With the Arizona Diamondbacks’ pitchers and catchers already reported to camp and the team’s first full workout days away, it’s time to party.

This Saturday, the D-backs are hosting their annual fan fest to kick off the new MLB season. The 2020 D-backs Fan Fest will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Chase Field.

We’ll carry the event live from the stadium on 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with various guests dropping into the show.

Hosts for our broadcast include:

11 a.m. – Steve Berthiaume, Bob Brenly

Noon – Doug Franz, Ron Wolfley, John Gambadoro

1 p.m. – Greg Schulte, Tom Candiotti

2 p.m. – Dave Burns, Dan Bickley, Vince Marotta

What to bring (and not bring)

Each fan may bring in one clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag no larger than a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag. Fans may also carry a small clutch purse.

Wooden bats and baseballs are permitted to bring into Fan Fest for autographs but should be carried in clear bags. Aluminum bats are not allowed at the ballpark.

Food and beverages are not permitted on the field.

For the kids

There’s several activities for the kids to enjoy, including:

– Photos with Princesses & Superheroes
– Kids only – player autographs
– Coloring
– Play catch on the field – be sure to bring your glove!
