Arizona Diamondbacks president and CEO Derrick Hall said the organization is planning to help season ticket-holders get vaccinated.

“We’re leaning towards finding a way to get everybody back, make sure they still feel comfortable with it,” Hall told Arizona Sports’ Doug & Wolf.

“Working with Fry’s we’re going to allow them to get vaccinated at Chase Field if they haven’t already, so that if we do move to (increased fan attendance) at least they have the ability to get vaccinated before they go back to their seat.”

While the decision to increase seating capacity at Chase Field involves both the Diamondbacks organization and the Arizona state officials, Hall is hopeful that the D-backs will return to more normalcy in the near future.

When the Diamondbacks expanded their seating capacity at Chase Field earlier this season, fans were able to purchase seats that normally belonged to season ticket-holders.

“We’ve heard from so many (season ticket-holders) saying, ‘I want to come back but I want to sit in my seats. Can’t we do that by now?’ ” Hall said. “I think we’re there. They’re still going to be some — obviously and for good reason — (who) say ‘I’m just not ready for that’ and we’ll continue to work with them.”
