Arizona State will be without a pair of tight ends for Saturday night’s game at Oregon State, according to SunDevilSource.

Senior starting tight end Curtis Hodges and backup freshman TE Jalin Conyers did not travel to Corvallis following the two-car accident that sent Conyers to the hospital after practice on Thursday.

Conyers spent the night at a Tempe hospital under supervision for the head laceration and concussion he suffered as a result of the collision.

Hodges did not make the trip for precautionary reasons due to a possible concussion suffered in the accident.

The senior TE is ASU’s second-leading receiver with 374 yards on 20 catches and two touchdowns this season.

Hodges also leads the team with 18.7 yards per reception in addition to his run-blocking prowess that has aided the Sun Devils’ rushing attack on the year.

Senior John Stivers and sophomore Case Hatch are next-up on the depth chart, but the latter has missed the last two games due to a hamstring injury.

However, freshman defensive end Joe Moore — who was driving the vehicle that struck the car with Hodges and Conyers in it — will be available.

Arizona State is set to travel up to Corvallis to take on Oregon State on Saturday night.
