Anti-Washington Redskins commercial to air during NBA Finals

The momentum against the Washington Redskins’ mascot is growing.

More and more people have decried the team’s use of the term “Redskins,” viewed by some as a racist term for Native Americans.

In a new push to get the team to change its name, the National Congress of American Indians released the video below. It will air in several markets — Phoenix is not on the list — during the NBA Finals.
