Chase Field to sell special ‘Royal Rumble Burger’ this Sunday

If you’re one of the many wrestling fans that will be at Chase Field on Sunday for the WWE’s Royal Rumble event, you’ll have the chance to try a one-time food item in the concourse.

The Royal Rumble Burger is a mouthful, to say the least.

In-between the toasted onion roll, you’ve got an 18-ounce pork bratwurst patty that’s toppings include cheddar cheese, applewood smoked bacon, crispy coleslaw, fried onions and barbeque aioli.

And if you somehow want a side to go along with this monster, it is conveniently stacked on top. Fried mac and cheese wedges serve as the “garnish.”

The burger cost $13 at the Taste of Chase stand this Sunday.

WWE invades the Valley for four different events over four days.

The wrestling company’s developmental program NXT hosts their latest NXT TakeOver at Talking Stick Resort Arena on Saturday followed by the Royal Rumble at Chase Field on Sunday. After those two events, WWE Monday Night Raw takes place at Talking Stick Resort Arena and WWE Smackdown is in the building the day after on Tuesday.
