Arizona Diamondbacks stars Geraldo Perdomo, Corbin Carroll and Ketel Marte each won a National League Silver Slugger on Thursday, an award the honors the best offensive player at each position in the league.

This is the first time in franchise history the Diamondbacks secured three Silver Slugger awards in a single season, which are voted on by a panel of managers and coaches.

Marte has won the award in back-to-back seasons, while this is a first-time victory for both Perdomo and Carroll.

The Diamondbacks were also named a finalist for the team Silver Slugger along with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago Cubs. The Dodgers won the team award.

Geraldo Perdomo wins Silver Slugger

Perdomo is the first Diamondbacks shortstop to win the Silver Slugger, doing so with a breakout offensive campaign that paired his already strong plate discipline skills with power.

Perdomo led NL shortstops with a .389 on-base percentage, an .851 OPS and 138 wRC+ (100 is league average) this past season. His previous career high in OPS was .718.

The switch-hitter blasted 20 home runs with 100 RBIs, the only NL shortstop to reach both benchmarks in 2025. He did so while stealing 27 bases and leading the position group in walk rate (13.1%).

The talent pool at shortstop in the National League runs deep with prominent names such as 2024 MVP runner-up Francisco Lindor, seven-time Silver Slugger Mookie Betts, three-time All-Star Trea Turner, two-time All-Star Elly De La Cruz and $182 million contract signee Willy Adames.

Perdomo beat out fellow finalists Lindor and Turner and should earn a top five finish in the NL MVP race after he was snubbed from the All-Star Game.

Corbin Carroll wins Silver Slugger

Carroll finished second among NL outfielders with an .883 OPS, trailing only Juan Soto of the New York Mets (.921). He actually outslugged Soto .541 to .525, leading NL outfielders in the category.

Carroll, Soto and Chicago’s Pete Crow-Armstrong were the only three NL outfielders to put up at least 30 home runs and 30 stolen bases, with Carroll producing the first 30-30 campaign in Diamondbacks history.

The D-backs’ All-Star also finished third among the position group with 107 runs, fifth with 32 doubles, second with a 139 wRC+ and led Major League Baseball with 17 triples.

Carroll, Soto and Chicago’s Kyle Tucker won the three NL outfield Silver Sluggers. Kyle Stowers, James Wood and Crow-Armstrong were the other finalists.

It was an all-around dynamic season for Carroll at the plate after he broke out of a four-month rut in 2024. He picked up where he left off to end that season, elevating his game as one of the premier power hitters in the sport. He ended up with 80 extra-base hits this past season, second among all MLB outfielders to Aaron Judge’s 85.

Ketel Marte wins Silver Slugger

Marte beat out Chicago’s Nico Hoerner and Milwaukee’s Brice Turang for the hardware.

The switch-hitter was leagues ahead of all other NL second basemen in offensive production, as was the case a year ago.

His .893 OPS was nearly 100 points better than Turang’s .794 in second place. Marte hit 10 more home runs (28) than any other NL second baseman despite missing nearly all of April with a hamstring injury.

Marte became the first Diamondbacks player to win back-to-back Silver Sluggers since Paul Goldschmidt in 2017-18.
