It sure feels like any time Bol Bol steps onto the hardwood, there’s a chance something amazing happens.

On Saturday in a 122-105 loss to the Denver Nuggets, it was a cool, calm and collected behind-the-back toss off a drive from the Phoenix Suns forward to teammate Damion Lee for a wide open 3 on the left wing.

The dish was the final of nine Suns assists in the first quarter without a turnover.

It was the first time that 7-foot-2 Bol, who had just 108 total minutes played coming into the game, had suited up in three straight contests this season. Coming into the game about halfway through the first, he wasn’t shy about the immediate impact he could have.

Bol finished the frame with four points and two rebounds, both coming on the offensive end.

He also finished off a dunk in transition off the feed from Mason Plumlee as an encore for the previous highlight.

Bol finished the game with season highs in points (19), rebounds (seven), blocks (four) and minutes (33). Only Devin Booker (34) played more minutes in the loss, finishing with 24 points, seven rebounds and three assists.

Phoenix gets two off days before next playing on Tuesday against the Memphis Grizzlies.
