Booker also renovated a court at Chicanos Por La Causa Community Center in west Phoenix in 2023.
The four-time All-Star and his dog, Haven, attended the ribbing-cutting ceremony at the park on Tuesday evening, which also featured Booker’s brother, Davon, and sister, Mya, Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego, Suns/Mercury CEO Josh Bartelstein, Go the Gorilla and a group of local children.
Among the graphic designs on the new court are a camcorder, Nike Book 1 shoes, a Detroit Tigers hat (Booker’s a Michigan native), a retro Chevrolet Impala, a Suns logo, a portrait of Haven, a cowboy hat, a lobster and the words “Be Legendary,” a nod to the words the late Kobe Bryant wrote on a pair of shoes he gifted to Booker in 2016.
Devin Booker designed a basketball court that was revealed today at Palomino Park in PHX.
It includes artwork of:

– A Chevy Impala
– A Detroit Tigers hatBooker himself did the ribbon cutting in front of hundreds of kids who came out.
