Suns’ Dillon Brooks available at Clippers, Kawhi Leonard out

Phoenix Suns wing Dillon Brooks is available (core muscle strain) for the game at the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday, while Kawhi Leonard (right ankle sprain) is out for L.A.

Mark Williams is also available after he popped on the injury report with an illness. It will be the first time this season Phoenix has had its full complement of starters.

Brooks has missed the last six games because of the injury, although that didn’t stop him from earning a technical foul from the bench on Tuesday during the team’s loss to the Golden State Warriors.

In his first three games of the season, Brooks averaged 19.3 points on 37.3% shooting with 2.7 steals, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 30.3 minutes per game.

He is yet to share the court as a Sun with fellow former Houston Rockets teammate Jalen Green, who scored 29 points on 10-for-20 shooting in his Phoenix debut on Thursday.

This will be the third straight contest Leonard has missed. He had 27 points, five rebounds and five assists in a blowout win over Phoenix on Oct. 24.

Additionally, two-way players Koby Brea and CJ Huntley (G League) will be unavailable for Phoenix.

The Clippers will also be without Jordan Miller (left hamstring strain) and Kobe Sanders (right knee sprain), as well as G League players Yanic Konan Niederhauser and Jahmyl Telfort.
