Dillon Brooks’ anti-LeBron James agenda reaches new heights in Kalshi ad
Dillon Brooks partnered with Kalshi to take shots at LeBron James, who is partnered with Polymarket.

When it comes to fondness of now Philadelphia 76ers superstar LeBron James, Dillon Brooks would say he’s at the bottom of that list.
The feud between Brooks and James has reached advertising now, with Brooks and prediction market Kalshi releasing the “King Blocker 9000.”

“Are you tired of hearing about the greatest basketball player of all time?” Brooks said in an infomercial watched by another version of Brooks. “Where he goes? What team is he playing for this season? What ridiculous new product he’s endorsing? Then you need the King Blocker 9000, advanced technology that will mute any mention of (LeBron James).”
It’s notable that Brooks partnered with Kalshi, while James has been partnered with rival company Polymarket.
Brooks has been going at James since 2021, when Brooks was a member of the Memphis Grizzlies, and James was part of the Los Angeles Lakers.
During a Grizzlies-Lakers game in 2021, James made a clutch bucket over Brooks and proceeded to hit the “too small” celebration.
However, in 2023 it hit another level. When the Grizzlies faced off against the Lakers in the playoffs, Brooks responded to reporters following Game 2:
“He’s old,” Brooks said. “I poke bears, I don’t respect someone until they give me 40.”
In that series, the quote didn’t age well for Brooks, as the Grizzlies went on to lose to the Lakers 4-2.
Then in 2025 after Brooks became a member of the Phoenix Suns, you guessed it, the drama continued.
During one of their matchups last season, Brooks and James started jawing back and forth. This led to Brooks calling him a “social media junkie” after the game.
In a different matchup during the 2025-26 when the Suns beat the Lakers 125-108 behind 33 points from Brooks, he said, “(James) likes people that bow down, I don’t bow down, so that either entices him or aggravates him, either-or.”
With James taking his talents to Philly, the matchup with Brooks will only happen twice this season: Dec. 30 in Phoenix and Feb. 17 in Philadelphia, and like every matchup, there will likely be antics involved.
