Grayson Allen out, Haywood Highsmith available for Suns vs. Timberwolves
Suns guard Grayson Allen was ruled out with left knee soreness for his team's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday.

Phoenix Suns guard Grayson Allen was ruled out with left knee soreness for his team’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday.
Additionally, forward Haywood Highsmith is available after being questionable with right knee injury management.
Center Mark Williams (left foot third metatarsal stress reaction) and forward Dillon Brooks (left hand fracture) remain out for Phoenix.
Allen scored 13 points on 3-of-7 shooting with one rebound and two assists across 21:42 minutes in Monday’s loss to the Boston Celtics.
Allen is averaging 17.2 points on 40.7% shooting and 35.4% from long range this season. He’s added three rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.4 steals per game.
Highsmith has appeared in five games for the Suns this season. He’s averaging six points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists.
Who is out for the Timberwolves?
Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards (right knee inflammation) has been ruled out for Tuesday’s matchup.
He’s expected to be reevaluated in one to two weeks.
Timberwolves center Naz Reid (right shoulder contusion) is available.
Edwards is averaging 29.5 points (career high), 5.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 35.5 minutes played through 58 games.
Reid has played in 67 of Minnesota’s 68 games this season and is averaging 13.7 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 26.1 minutes played per game.
The Suns are back in action Tuesday night against the Timberwolves. The game tips off at 5 p.m. and can be heard on the Arizona Sports app, 98.7 and arizonasports.com.

Ooh, that was hardly the Suns skipping the game. Impressive loss, if there is such a thing. If the NBA didn't hand the Celtics the win, the Suns actually might have some respect.

Yeah, that’s the same Booker. The same guy who chokes in crunch time. The smilies “becomes a deer in headlights” and “folds like a lawn chair” when it matters most come to mind. Scoring all those points in the middle of games is like Dak Prescott piling on yards between the 20-yard lines but who can’t put it together when it matters most. That’s Booker.
