Grayson Allen, Mark Williams both questionable for Game 1 vs. Thunder

Phoenix Suns guard Grayson Allen and center Mark Williams are both questionable to play in Game 1 on Sunday against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
No other players were on the Suns’ injury report released on Saturday.
Allen was ruled out of the Suns’ first play-in game against the Portland Trail Blazers but was upgraded to available for Friday night’s win over the Golden State Warriors.
However, Allen did not see any action in the game, as he continues to deal with a left hamstring injury. He is listed as dealing with a strain rather than what was previously categorized as soreness.
He averaged 3.1 made 3-pointers on 8.9 attempts across 51 regular-season contests, and the veteran guard has averaged a career-best 16.5 points per game.
Williams is listed with left foot soreness after dealing with a stress reaction in the same foot earlier this season. The Suns’ center played in Tuesday’s play-in game but missed Friday’s game.
He scored four points (2-of-3 shooting) in 22 minutes of a loss to the Trail Blazers, and Williams added four rebounds, three blocks and two assists while not turning the ball over.
The 7-foot-1 center set career-highs in starts (55) and game appearances (60) during the regular season while averaging 11.7 points (64.4% shooting), eight rebounds and 0.9 blocks.
Thunder’s injury outlook for Game 1
The only Thunder player on their injury report is Thomas Sorber, who tore his ACL in September 2025 and is out for the season.

Meanwhile down in Houston, with the Lakers missing both Doncic and Reaves, the remaining Lakers rose to the challenge including Deandre Ayton. Ayton finished with 19 on 8 of ten shooting and a perfect three for three from the free-throw line. Ayton added 11 rebounds, two assists and a blocked shot.
Luke Kennard, the former 12th overall pick of the Pistons in 2017 was unconscious. He hit five of five from three and finished with 27 points, 4 rebounds and four assists. Lebron with nearly a triple double - 19 points, 8 rebounds and 13 assists. Lebron also had two steals and a blocked shot.
Hachimura moved back into the starting line-up and played over 41 minutes and finished with 14 on 60% shooting. Smart added 15.
Kevin Durant injured his knee in practice and didn't play.
Both are useless to the suns at this point. Sucks that they can’t play through a little discomfort.
