Florida State’s Robert McCray V among prospects invited for Suns’ pre-draft workout
Robert McCray V, Ryan Conwell and Bryce Hopkins all received pre-NBA Draft invites to workout with the Phoenix Suns.

Florida State men’s basketball guard Robert McCray V received a pre-NBA Draft workout invite from the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Sports’ John Gambadoro reported on Friday.
McCray paced all Seminole scorers last season behind 16.3 points on 45.8% shooting and 35.5% from long range. He also led the way in assists per game with 6.1 to go along with 3.8 rebounds.
The Suns are also bringing in Louisville guard Ryan Conwell and St. John’s forward Bryce Hopkins for workouts next week, Gambadoro reported.
Conwell led Louisville with 18.8 points on 40.8% shooting and was 34.5% from 3. He also averaged 4.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists.
Hopkins was the second-leading scorer for a St. John’s team which reached the Sweet 16 before falling to Duke. The 6-foot-7, 225-pound forward averaged 13.6 points on 46.9% shooting to go along with 6.2 rebounds.
Gambadoro reported on Wednesday Arizona point guard Jaden Bradley received a pre-NBA Draft invite to workout with the Suns as well.
The Suns currently hold the No. 47 pick in the upcoming draft, which tips off June 23.
