Summer League schedule is out: The Suns should have plenty of rostered players in Vegas
The Suns could send Koa Peat to the NBA Summer League, plus 2025 draft picks Khaman Maluach, Rasheer Fleming and Koby Brea.

The Phoenix Suns will open their NBA Summer League schedule on Friday, July 10, against the Portland Trail Blazers.
The Suns will also face the Pelicans (July 12), Bucks (July 13) and Pistons (July 15).
The four-game set, which the NBA released Friday, will be followed by at least one more game on July 17-19 — potentially more if Phoenix makes the tournament portion of the event.
All games will be available across ESPN and Prime streams.
Rosters have yet to be released, but Phoenix will have a chance to send last year’s draft picks: Khaman Maluach (10th overall), Rasheer Fleming (31st) and Koby Brea (41st).
The 2026 draft’s 30th overall pick, Koa Peat, will likely get his NBA initiation in Las Vegas, too.
Third-year pros like Oso Ighodaro and Ryan Dunn could also be in the mix to play as well, although the former’s experience gained late in the 2025-26 season could put him on the shelf.
Here’s a quick peek at the opponents’ potential young players in attendance:
Portland: Fan favorite big man Yang Hansen could be featured by Portland as he enters his second season. The Blazers didn’t have a draft pick this year.
New Orleans: Do the Pelicans roll out Jeremiah Fears and Derik Queen just to see where they’re at? The duo established themselves as the future of the franchise by the end of last season.
Milwaukee: The post-Giannis Antetokounmpo era begins with all eyes on rookies Brayden Burries (No. 10 pick) of Arizona and Nate Ament (No. 13 pick) from Tennessee.
Detroit: Backup point guard Daniss Jenkins might have played well enough toward the end of last season, but the team will have to determine if the 24-year-old can keep growing. No. 17 overall pick Ebuka Okorie from Stanford will surely get some good run and has the best chance to complement star Cade Cunningham.
