Suns’ Grayson Allen doubtful for NBA Cup game vs. Thunder
Guard Grayson Allen has been upgraded from out to doubtful for the Suns' NBA Cup game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday.

Guard Grayson Allen has been upgraded from out to doubtful for the Phoenix Suns’ NBA Cup game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday.
Allen has missed the last six games due to a quad injury. Ryan Dunn (right wrist sprain) and Jalen Green (right hamstring strain) remain out, per Friday’s NBA injury report.
In 13 games, Allen has averaged 8.5 points (44.7% from 3) with 4.3 assists, 3.1 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. Dunn has played 11 games this season and is averaging 9.5 points, 5.2 rebounds and two assists per game.
Jalen Williams set to make season debut vs. Suns
Thunder small forward Jalen Williams, who has yet to play a game this season due to right wrist surgery in the offseason, is off the injury report and is set to make his season debut against the Suns, per ESPN NBA insider Shams Charania.
The former Perry High School forward has played three seasons with the Thunder and has averaged 18.1 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game.
Nikola Topic (surgery recovery), Thomas Sorber (right ACL surgery recovery) and Aaron Wiggins (left adductor strain) remain out for the Thunder.
Suns-Thunder tips off from Paycom Center at 7:30 p.m. The winner of this game will clinch the top spot in West Group A in the NBA Cup.
