Arizona State safety Myles ‘Ghost’ Rowser declares for NFL Draft

Arizona State safety Myles “Ghost” Rowser announced on Monday he is declaring for the NFL Draft.

Rowser finishes his college career after four seasons between Campbell, New Mexico State and ASU.

“To the entire coaching and training support staff at Campbell University, New Mexico State and Arizona State University, I am forever grateful,” Rowser said in an Instagram post. ” The Sun Devil fanbase welcomed me and is second to none.”

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound defensive back started his college career with Campbell in 2022 where he played in nine games as a freshman and recorded 44 tackles and an interception.

Rowser spent his sophomore season with New Mexico State in 2023 where he played in 15 games with the Aggies and registered 70 tackles, two passes defensed, a forced fumble and an interception.

Rowser transferred to Arizona State prior to the 2024 season. In two seasons with the Sun Devils, he played in every game and registered 177 tackles, seven passes defensed and a sack.

Rowser’s declaring for the draft marks another player in Arizona State’s secondary that will be departing the program. Safety Xavion Alford announced last week he will forego his final year of college football eligibility and declare for the NFL Draft. The NFL Draft begins on April 23.

Cornerbacks Javan Robinson and Joseph McGinnis will also exit the program as both players will reportedly enter the transfer portal.

Junior cornerback Keith Abney II is also weighing his options to return to ASU for his senior season or declare for the draft.
