Arizona State will visit Iowa State next season after their matchup in the 2024 Big 12 championship game, and ESPN’s Pete Thamel reported on Monday the game will be played on Nov. 1 (Week 10).

The Big 12 will reveal its 2025 football schedule on Tuesday at 9 a.m. MST.

The Action Network’s Brett McMurphy reported Arizona State will visit Baylor on Sept. 20, a week after ASU wraps up nonconference play versus Texas State.

The Sun Devils start the year at home against Northern Arizona and then on the road at Mississippi State.

Their home Big 12 opponents are Arizona, Houston, TCU, Texas Tech and West Virginia. On the road, they’ll take on Baylor, Colorado, Iowa State and Utah.

Arizona State blew out Iowa State 45-19 at AT&T Stadium in Dallas after outscoring the Cyclones 35-3 in the middle two quarters. Running back Cam Skattebo, who has entered the NFL Draft, ran for 170 yards and gained 38 more through the air to finish with three touchdowns.

Quarterback Sam Leavitt, who is back for a second season in Tempe, completed 12 of 17 passes for 219 yards and three touchdowns with no picks.

ASU enters its second season in the Big 12 after an 11-3 showing and College Football Playoff berth.

Iowa State, which opens the 2025 season in Ireland against Kansas State, is coming off an 11-3 season with a Pop-Tarts Bowl win over Miami.

Cyclones quarterback Rocco Becht is also back for another season under 10th-year Iowa State head coach Matt Campbell.
