The Arizona Wildcats’ win over Kansas on Saturday marked their sixth of the season, making the Wildcats bowl eligible for the first time under second-year head coach Brent Brennan.

The victory also brought the Wildcats up to 3-3 in Big 12 play, but the team has yet to be above .500 since joining the conference. Arizona’s final three games will be at Cincinnati, against Baylor at home and at ASU.

Despite being on a bye week, Arizona State’s path to the Big 12 championship became even more difficult with Texas Tech’s 29-7 win over BYU. The Sun Devils need to win out and hope for a chaotic finish in the conference to make the title game.

ASU does have the advantage of one of the easier schedules to close out the season. The team plays at home against West Virginia before going to play at Colorado and ending the year hosting Arizona.
