After being cut from the Arizona Cardinals as a former second-round pick in 2023, linebacker BJ Ojulari has reportedly found a new home.

Ojulari is signing with the Jacksonville Jaguars, per Jordan Schultz, giving them some extra depth to their front-seven.

Ojulari showed some promise in his rookie season with Arizona, playing in all 17 games, totaling 40 tackles and four sacks. However, since that season, he’s struggled to stay on the field.

A significant knee injury sidelined him for the entire 2024 season and the first part of the 2025 season as well. He was activated from the reserve/PUP list, but he didn’t fully look like how he did before the injury.

The known prognosis was that Ojulari suffered an ACL tear, but he told reporters that he, in fact, tore two other knee ligaments along with his ACL.

Ojulari is still only 24 years old, and he’ll look to revive his career post-injury with the Jaguars. He initially wasn’t claimed on waivers in the way many final roster cuts are, but he gets his first chance post-Arizona with Jacksonville.
