The Arizona Cardinals hosted Tennessee wide receiver Chris Brazzell II for a top 30 visit last week, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

The Arizona Cardinals hosted Tennessee wide receiver Chris Brazzell II for a top 30 visit last week, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Rapoport adds Brazzell also met with the Carolina Panthers and Indianapolis Colts last week. He has the Green Bay Packers, Washington Commanders and San Francisco 49ers up next this week.
The 6-foot-4, 198-pound Brazzell is coming off a career year with Tennessee. In 12 games played, he reeled in 62 passes for 1,017 yards and an SEC-leading nine touchdowns. He was second in the conference for receiving yards and seventh in receptions.
He added top 10 marks with a 4.37-second 40-yard dash and 1.52-second 10-yard split at the NFL Draft Combine.
Brazzell ranks as ESPN analyst Mel Kiper Jr.’s fifth wide receiver prospect on his big board published March 30.
NFL.com’s Chad Reuter has Brazzell as a fourth-round pick (No. 106 overall) by the Houston Texans in his five-round mock draft published April 3. The Cardinals’ fourth-round pick sits just two picks higher than the Texans’ pick.
Arizona continues to get closer looks at wide receiver prospects this draft cycle.
The Cardinals have also brought in Texas Tech’s Reggie Virgil and Caleb Douglas and LSU’s Zavion Thomas.
The Cardinals wide receivers room is highlighted by Michael Wilson, Marvin Harrison Jr. and new addition Kendrick Bourne. Xavier Weaver, Simi Fehoko and Devin Duvernay present added depth and special teams options.

This offense is perfect for Simpsons skill set. You act like AZ doesn’t already have a top 10ish OL, three of their starters up front are amongst the best at their positions. They need to draft a RT, that’s about it this year u don’t need a full OL rebuild.
I like Brazell as a prospect I just worry about the system he comes from in TENN, it’s a truly gimmick system they only ask their WRs to run like 2-3 routes, they use hash marks to create artificial separation. It’s a really gimmicky system, it’s hard to project this kid to the NFL. He will have to get use to the tight spacing and press cov in the NFL, his speed is real though.
Love is likely the best player in this entire class and would make running game, oline and passing game function better. He is in the Gibbs, Saquon, Bijon catagory. A real game changer. Ty was the best QB in the nation until the horrific Oline play, and pathetic running game the Tide dialed up last year caused him to get beat to a pulp. Kid is a gamer though and didnt miss a game.
After those two, take best lineman available.
