Not many predicted the Arizona Cardinals would be able to select a quarterback in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Few thought they would move up, and probably even fewer thought they would jump to No. 10 in a trade with the Oakland Raiders as UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen remained on the board.

Well, it happened.

As a junior for the Bruins, Rosen completed 62.6 percent of his passes, threw 26 touchdowns to 10 interceptions and compiled 3,756 yards through the air in 2017. Yet, his injury history and outspoken nature apparently raised enough red flags for other teams to move other quarterbacks higher on their big boards.
