Marvin Harrison Jr. jerseys are now for sale in the Cardinals’ team shop

The Arizona Cardinals’ official team shop has listed Marvin Harrison Jr. jerseys for sale a day after a legal case between the receiver and Fanatics was settled in court.

Harrison’s officially licensed jerseys had not been for sale his entire rookie season due to the lawsuit.

Fanatics, who manufactures fan-worn Nike gear, also operates the team shops for NFL clubs.

The Cardinals will have the jerseys on their shelves at the State Farm Stadium official team shop starting Saturday.

What’s the background of Fanatics’ legal case against Marvin Harrison Jr.?

Records filed with the New York Supreme Court on Thursday show the case between Harrison and Fanatics Collectibles has been settled.

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed in the notice of discontinuation filed.

Fanatics first filed the lawsuit last May alleging Harrison of a breach of contract after he “publicly asserted” a contract between the two did not exist despite the two sides agreeing on a deal in 2023 while the wideout was still at Ohio State.

Fanatics in the lawsuit also claimed Harrison demanded the company “meet or exceed” other offers the wide receiver’s camp was getting from competing trading card companies.

Harrison’s father and the Harrison Collection LLC were also named as a defendants in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit has been the biggest hangup for Cardinals fans wanting to rock Harrison jerseys since the wideout was drafted No. 4 overall by Arizona in the 2024 NFL Draft.

With Fanatics and Harrison’s camp in the middle of a lawsuit, the NFLPA reportedly advised the league, Arizona and the trading card company that they were still not allowed to sell the rookie’s jerseys “based on the wishes of his representatives.”

Harrison also didn’t have a deal done with the NFLPA group licensing agreement upon being drafted, further barring fans from buying his any products baring his name, image and likeness.
