State Farm Stadium’s roof is expected to be open for the Arizona Cardinals’ Monday Night Football clash with the Los Angeles Rams, the team announced on Saturday.

And with the forecast’s projected low in the 50-degree range, the Cardinals are advising fans to plan on dressing accordingly.

After a 5:21 sunset, the weather currently calls for a mainly cloudy night with winds blowing east at 5-10 mph.

The team is also strongly encouraging fans to arrive early, as the weekday game will result in an increase in traffic traveling out to Glendale.

Arizona has an opportunity to seal a playoff spot and put one hand on the NFC West division title on Monday night.

The Cardinals clinch a playoff berth with a win which would improve their record to 11-2 and would give Arizona a three-game lead over Los Angeles, with Arizona owning the tiebreaker.

In fact, the Cardinals could go into the contest having booked a trip to the postseason if certain results go their way.

The Rams will be without their leading rusher in running back Darrell Henderson after the team placed him on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Saturday.

For the Cardinals, running back Chase Edmonds — who hasn’t played since Nov. 7 due to an ankle injury — and offensive lineman Justin Pugh (calf) will both be game-time decisions, head coach Kliff Kingsbury said.
