Report: Cardinals hiring Tony Sorrentino as WRs coach
The Arizona Cardinals are reportedly hiring Tony Sorrentino as their next wide receivers coach.

The Arizona Cardinals are reportedly hiring Tony Sorrentino as their next wide receivers coach, according to ESPN’s Peter Schrager.
The move comes after Arizona filled its offensive coordinator role with Nathaniel Hackett last Wednesday.
Sorrentino spent four seasons in Minnesota as the Vikings’ assistant wide receivers coach, working alongside the likes of Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison and Jailor Nailor.
Prior to his time with the Vikings, Sorrentino spent three seasons at Northern Illinois, including serving as the passing game coordinator/wide receivers coach.
Before that, Sorrentino worked alongside Hackett for two years, when he coached Jacksonville’s wide receivers from 2013-16.
For Arizona, Sorrentino fills the position vacated after Drew Terrell departed to join the Buffalo Bills.

Jacoby Brissett Jacoby Brisett Jacoby Brissett!!! Why is everyone wanting a new qb when he lead the league in passing yards per game as a starter! He historically does not turn the ball over! He has the locker room! He is tough! Aye Dios Mio!!!
Trey McBride flourished under Brissett and so did Wilson. But MHJ was the same. Thats a big red flag...
Gotta look deeper on JB my friend.. He still can’t finish.. He is 20-45 as a starter and his 2 min and 4 min stats backup what’s been his knock - he doesn’t handle the pressure in the clutch..This hasn’t changed, and was very easy to see last year..Vs Indy, Vs GB, Vs Jax, and Vs TB.. These 4 games were very very winable.. Where the O was in position to close it.. Except the O collapsed.. Now granted there’s always the team aspect, but the QB must be able to rise up when it matters most.. And unfortunately in all 4 of these outing JB made critical mistakes
Yea he’s gonna give us terrific stats.. But Wins is a whole other story
