Bickley & Marotta producer, wannabe goalkeeper Jarrett Carlen gets humbled by Phoenix Rising

Talk is cheap. Just ask Bickley & Marotta producer Jarrett Carlen.

After calling out professional goalkeepers during the early stages of the FIFA World Cup and saying defenses make it easy for them, Carlen was served up some humble pie from Phoenix Rising FC this week.

And, of course, he ate every bite of it.

Whether it be from his questionable attire that had Rising head coach Pa-Modou Kah in shambles, Carlen’s “athletic” abilities in the net or getting a tutorial on properly using a cold tub, it’s clear the producer came away with a greater appreciation of professional goalkeepers.

And if there’s one thing to take away from Carlen’s showing, it’s don’t quit your day job, ferret!
