With one tweet, the Arizona Cardinals summarized how much of their local fan base felt with their seventh-round draft pick.

Arizona State running back Eno Benjamin was drafted with the 222nd pick in the NFL Draft after surprisingly being available in the seventh round.

Around social media, ASU fans celebrated that the running back would be staying in the Valley.

The 942 Crew, the student fan section at ASU, responded to the Cardinals tweet with feelings that there weren’t quite enough “O”s to convey the excitement.

Former ASU football head coach Todd Graham, whose staff recruited Benjamin to the Sun Devils, chimed in.

Some ASU fans responded to tweets with adoration for the running back who broke the school single-season rushing record.

One used a gif to show not just excitement over the Benjamin pick, but appreciation for an overall strong draft by Cardinals general manager Steve Keim.

Generally, those who watched Benjamin play in college thought it took too long for him to be drafted.

That wasn’t just fans’ thoughts. ESPN’s Mel Kiper called Benjamin a “gift” in the seventh round and “the most entertaining running back.”

Who’s ready to get their hands on a Benjamin trading card?
