At least for Thursday night, Devin Booker and the rest of the Suns’ fanbase are Brooklyn Nets fans.

After going a perfect 8-0 in the NBA bubble, the Phoenix Suns playoff chances lie in the hands of the Nets who take on the Portland Trail Blazers at 6 p.m. Arizona time.

If the Brooklyn can beat Portland, the Suns will clinch the No. 9 seed and play the Memphis Grizzlies, needing two wins against Memphis advance to the playoffs.

So with a chance at the first postseason appearance in a decade on the line for Phoenix, there’s a lot of bandwagon Nets fans.

Should the Trail Blazers lose and the Suns keep their hot performance in the bubble going with two wins against Memphis, Phoenix would move on and have a chance to continue shocking the world with a date against the No. 1 seed and rival Los Angeles Lakers.
