The Arizona Coyotes have signed former Buffalo Sabres forward Johan Larsson to a two-year deal, according to Arizona Sports’ John Gambadoro.

The Coyotes announced the signing on Friday night.

Larsson has played in the NHL for eight seasons, spending seven of those with the Sabres.

The Swedish forward has tallied 38 goals and 59 assists in 393 career games.

Larsson scored six goals and added 12 assists for the Sabres last season, with a +8 rating in 62 games with the team.

He’s the third player signed by the Coyotes during the first two days of the NHL’s free agency period, joining fellow forward John Hayden and right winger Tyler Pitlick.
