Phoenix Suns All-Star guard Devin Booker was named the NBA’s Western Conference Player of the Week on Monday.

Booker posted an impressive 32.3 points, 5.3 assists and 5 rebounds per game in four Suns wins, two of which were over the Eastern Conference’s top two teams in the Philadelphia 76ers and Milwaukee Bucks.

The former Kentucky Wildcat shot 56.3% from the field, 47.6% from deep and 80.8% from the charity stripe in that span.

Booker scored at least 27 points and shot over 50% from the field in all four games and reached his season-high of 36 points twice.

The award is the first in Booker’s career and the first for a Phoenix player since Goran Dragic received the honor in February 2014.

As of the last NBA All-Star vote update on Thursday, two Suns find themselves in the West’s top 10 in Booker (No. 6) and point guard Chris Paul (No. 7).

Fans have until Tuesday at 9:59 p.m. Arizona time to vote.

Those interested can do so via the NBA app, online or on Twitter by tweeting, retweeting or replying with a player’s name as a hashtag (#DevinBooker) or tagging a player along with the hashtag #NBAAllStar.

The Suns return to action on Tuesday against the Brooklyn Nets at Phoenix Suns Arena with tip-off scheduled for 8 p.m.

However, Brooklyn will be without former MVP Kevin Durant due to a mild hamstring strain.
