Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski keeps adding to his football resume.

Gronkowski and Wildcats senior advisor to the head coach Tedy Bruschi were named honorary head coaches for Arizona’s spring football game this weekend.

However before the game, the four-time Super Bowl champion cemented his name into the Guinness World Records for the highest altitude catch of all-time.

Gronkowski stood in front of the entire Arizona football program and successfully caught a football from a helicopter that was hovering at 600 feet in the air.

As soon as Gronkowski caught the ball and broke the world record, Bruschi along with the rest of the football team mobbed the 6-foot-6 tight end and joined in on the celebration.

“When you step on the field you have to raise that bar to another level baby, and I just raised that bar to this level.” Gronkowski said in the Wildcats huddle following his impressive feat.

Gronkowski broke the official Guinness World Record with an even 600 feet.

The previous world record was set in 2017 when YouTube personality Tyler Toney recorded a 563-foot catch.
