The Phoenix Suns are heading to the Western Conference Finals in their first playoff appearance in over a decade.
The Suns did so after completing a clean sweep of the Denver Nuggets following a 125-118 victory in Game 4 at Ball Arena on Sunday night.
Phoenix will now play the winner of the other Western Conference semifinal series between the Los Angeles Clippers and Utah Jazz.
The Jazz currently lead the series 2-1.
Phoenix would have home-court advantage over a Los Angeles squad for a second time this postseason, but not if Utah holds on to advance.
Suns fans immediately took to Twitter to pull out their virtual brooms to show their love and support for the Valley, including some of Arizona’s biggest sports and music stars:

Let’s be clear: @CP3 was the MVP of this series. One of the GREAT point guards to ever play this game. What a sensational performance. As for @DevinBooker31, @kobebryant’s watching from above, bro. He’s proud. You looked @kobebryant-esque the whole series. @Suns=Finals?#Hmmm
