The move comes after it was reported that Colts starting quarterback Carson Wentz is out indefinitely with a foot injury.

With Wentz expected to miss the remainder of the preseason, Hundley joins the Colts quarterback room that features Jacob Eason and rookie Sam Ehlinger.
Selected in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers, this will be the fourth franchise Hundley plays for.
His last action in the league was with the Cardinals in 2019, where he played in three regular-season games.
Throughout his NFL career, Hundley has started nine games, with a record of 3-6.
He was named the Arizona Gatorade Player of the Year in 2010, where he played for Chandler High School.
