Devan is coming off of an NCAA Tournament second-round exit with No. 2 seed Auburn after the Tigers were upset by the No. 10 seed Miami Hurricanes, 79-61.
He stands at 6-foot-6 and averaged 5.3 points, 3.6 rebounds and 0.6 assists for Auburn last season.
His brother Desmond is also coming to Arizona State on a transfer from Nevada.
Last season, the 6-foot-4 two-time All-Mountain West third-team selection averaged 16.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists.
The Cambridge brothers mark the first transfer portal additions for ASU ahead of the 2022-23 season.
They join high school recruits Austin Nunez (four-star) and Duke Brennan (three-star).
