TPC Scottsdale and DraftKings Sportsbook revealed renderings on Tuesday for a new Valley sportsbook that’s set to begin construction in May.

The sportsbook will be located on the southeast corner of Greenway-Hayden Loop and Bell Road, which is right across the street from the clubhouse of the Stadium Course at TPC Scottsdale.

With the sportsbook’s arrival, the main entrance for the WM Phoenix Open will be re-routed come tournament time next February.

Expanding over 3,400 square feet, the sportsbook will be covered in TVs and projector screens and also has an outdoor patio area featuring fire pits and VIP cabanas. Their will be approximately 390 seats in the sportsbook’s interior and exterior spaces, and can also accommodate standing room for guests.

The DraftKings Sportsbook features 40 sports betting kiosks with seven ticket windows. Customers will be offered high-speed internet services and will be able to use their mobile devices to place wagers.

The sportsbook will be open to the public, but will be used for hospitality during the WM Phoenix Open.

Guests must be 21 and over to enter the sportsbook’s wagering lounge, but guests of all ages can enjoy the restaurant and patio areas.
