Cardinals vs. 49ers: Week 5 injury report

The Arizona Cardinals head to the Bay Area to face the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday for a Week 5 matchup coming off a 17-13 loss to the Rams that put them at 1-3 on the young season.

Of note, the Cardinals waived punter Drew Butler (left calf), and placed running back Chris Johnson (groin) and safety Tyvon Branch (groin) on injured reserve on Tuesday.
