Patrick Peterson’s amazing interception immortalized on a shirt

In Week 3 against the Bills, Peterson tracked down an overthrown Tyrod Taylor pass and nabbed the football with one hand while falling out of bounds.

Patrick Peterson intercepted three passes in the 2016 season, a campaign that culminated with his sixth consecutive Pro Bowl nod.

But of those three interceptions, one stood out among the rest because, well, it was awesome.

In Week 3 against the Buffalo Bills, Peterson tracked down an overthrown Tyrod Taylor pass and nabbed the football with one hand while falling out of bounds.

The play was so good, in fact, it is a contender to be NFL.com’s play of the year.

It also is now adorned on a shirt.

Near as we can tell, the shirt is not available for purchase. Also, based on the photos, it is not a completely accurate description given that Peterson did not appear to be smiling when making the catch.

At any rate, it is clear Peterson is proud of his pick, and whether it was the play of the year or not, it was still really, really cool.
