Arizona Coyotes reassign Dakota Mermis to AHL Tucson
The Arizona Coyotes reassigned defenseman Dakota Mermis to AHL-affiliate Tucson, the team announced Sunday. He has a goal and two assists for Tucson.

The Arizona Coyotes reassigned defenseman Dakota Mermis to AHL Tucson, the team announced Sunday.
In seven games with the Roadrunners this season, the 23-year-old has one goal on 10 shots and two assists with six penalty minutes.
In 137 AHL games with Tucson and the Springfield Falcons, the Alton, Illinois-native has recorded six goals, 22 assists and 139 PIM.
Mermis has played in seven games this season with the Coyotes.
He signed a three-year, entry-level deal with Arizona in 2015.
