Just hours after the NBA trade deadline on Thursday, the Phoenix Suns will reportedly waive two of their newest players and sign veteran Ronnie Price.

According to Doug Haller of The Arizona Republic, the Suns waived forward Mike Scott after acquiring him from the Atlanta Hawks the same day. Jared Sullinger, whom Phoenix got back from Toronto for P.J. Tucker, was also placed on waivers.

Furthermore, Ronnie Price — who played on two 10-day contracts with Phoenix this year — was signed for the remainder of the season.

Scott posted career highs in 2013-14 with 9.6 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in 80 contests, but is averaging just 2.5 points and 2.1 rebounds in 18 games this year. Sullinger, a 24-year-old playing in his fifth NBA season, is averaging 3.4 points and 2.5 rebounds in just 11 games this season.

Price has already played in two games with Phoenix this year in his third separate stint with the organization.
