Get it? During eclipse, other NBA teams block out the Suns

You might have noticed Monday morning that the Sun wasn’t shining.

That’s because there was a much-anticipated solar eclipse, and as the definition might indicate, an NBA team named the Phoenix Suns was in a vulnerable spot.

The Hawks, Nets and Timberwolves were well prepared for this day. They each spliced together some of their most recent blocks against the Suns, many of which included former Phoenix players like Marcus Morris, P.J. Tucker and Archie Goodwin.

Minnesota got more recent with Karl-Anthony Towns’ meeting with fellow Kentucky Wildcat Devin Booker at the rim.

But like the real Sun, it wasn’t long before the Suns fired back with a good ol’ Twitter block.

Other teams like the Clippers and Grizzlies sat back and enjoyed the kerfuffle before the Hawks and T-Wolves realized it’s best to put a wrap on inflaming potential Twitter feuds any further.
