Have you ever wanted to be that lucky fan at halftime to shoot the half-court shot that wins you a car or your entire row free food as the crowd around you cheers you on uncontrollably?
Well for one Canucks fan, he got the chance and took it, nailing the “shoot the puck” challenge for a new car.
But instead of losing his mind and running around the rink with his fists in the air — like most fans would have done — Aaron Dunn of Kamloops, British Columbia, showed almost zero emotion.
Even the host looked visibly more excited than the man who went to see his team play and left in a new car.
When she asked what was going through his head, the fan responded just like he did when he made the shot — nonchalantly.
“It’ll be a long ride home, but it will be worth it,” the fan answered.
And while his team ended up losing 7-1, the fan can still drive home — in his new car — knowing he scored just as much as they did.
