Here is your new Phoenix Suns jersey

Earlier this week, the Phoenix Suns teased that they were going to unveil a new jersey Wednesday.

Well, Wednesday has arrived, and with it has come the jersey.

Take a look for yourself:

From a press release sent out by the Suns:

The PHXRising collection with its gray, black and orange palette symbolizes the ash, smoke and embers of the mythological bird for which Phoenix is named. The new look integrates elements from the iconic Suns uniform introduced in 1973, including the Old West “PHOENIX” font across the front, as well as classic sunbursts on the shorts. In a modern twist, sun rays from the team’s current uniforms adorn each side of the shorts, signifying the up-tempo style of play that the Suns are known for.

The jersey will be worn for the first time Thursday when the Suns host the Oklahoma City Thunder at US Airways Center. The team will wear them a total of four times this season.
