A.J. Price’s 10-day contract with the team expired Tuesday.
McNeal, 27, is a 6-foot-3, 200-pound shooting guard who was with the Bakersfield Jam of the NBA Development League.
In 26 games with the Jam, including 21 starts, he averaged 18.5 points, 4.6 assists and four rebounds per game.
Price appeared in six games for the Suns.
